Corresponded with this company for months until we were ready to make an order for our new cafe - following order and transfer of 3000 EURO they initially gave a few responses saying delivery was delayed but they then refused to provide any delivery info and refused to provide an invoice and are now ignoring us.
They are a scam company and have effectively stolen 3000 EURO from us. Worrying that such a company can operate unhindered in the EU. Avoid avoid avoid!

I had contact with them to know what I could order from them got a list of what they had in stock placed the order paid at once. Now 3 months later didn’t receive anything yet. Tried to call several times mailed them many times …….. no answer at all.
Seems they blocked me as they did with many others.

It is not a total scam. Ik received my first order and had contact with them. But my second order is waiting. It is not possible to get in contact. No reaction on whatsapp, email, phone.

Be careful! This website is a pure scam. They exchange emails with you about the order and shipment and will make you arrange the money transfer. After that they won't reply to you anymore. There are multiple suspicious factors. They answer on Sundays, the address given is a restaurant, not the company. Their website is very simple and built on a pre-configured online shop service. Their invoice has a simple design, there are missing information for an international delivery service (for example missing BIC). The invoice number that you have to refer to is also simple (year - dayMonth), too simple for a company that can ship dozens of products during Corona, when other companies barely have any products in stock. Don't order here! As you can see I am not the only one.

Scam, they keep the money and never send anything
They answered me before I place my order. It should have been delivered in 1 week. It was a month ago.
No news, I write them every day: no answer.
I never received anything and I asked for a refund. Still no answer.
This is a Scam. Avoid, they just steal your money.
