Sent a rohloff hub drive to this place…

Sent a rohloff hub drive to this place for warranty repair. Cable was broken inside as well as seal leaking oil. The unit was sent back with the assumption all was good. NOT!
Cable was freyed within the unit upon inspection by my bike mechanic and copper ring was in rough shape. The interior of the hub was extremely dirty and gave us the impression that only the seal was replaced!
I'm extremely disappointed with your poor workmanship!
