Btfd appeared sophisticated

Btfd appeared sophisticated, with live charts and personal advisors. After early success, I trusted them enough to use my home-equity line to increase my position. Profits on the screen climbed rapidly, but none of it existed. Attempts to withdraw brought new service charges each time. I’m now repaying a bank loan for funds that were stolen the moment I sent them. Frustratingly they keep asking me if I want to raise a complaint and I don’t want to any longer, I just want them to resolve the issue BUT I’m now at the point that I am raising a complaint and going to go to the " ayr'L'P " route for clarity on the matter because a criminal/fraudulent activity has taken place.
