Its very amateur website to be an exchange!
Lack of options and weak servers make you lose money

They are not able to send SMS to non-TR numbers, that's why I had to change to authenticator. The entire ID validation process starts from scratch when you do so. After 3 days nothing happened and I contacted the call center. They only told me to start the process over again (!!!). Such a simple step taking ages, seriously... Do not put your money into that platform, otherwise you may not be able to take it back!

It's the worst airport I ever seen, people are so rude and loud, good luck if you have connecting flight and you have to wait for 4 or 5 hours and you want to rest for few minutes, security is ridiculous, you are arriving from a secure airport and taking another flight, they make you go through bunch of BS check again while the guy incharge of checking is having a nap, never ever this airport for me,

It was perfect until a few days ago that they decided to delist LUNC and without any prior notice, they sold everyone's LUNC. My wife and I both had LUNC in our accounts and we both were at a loss and were going to hold them. However, we suddenly received a notification that LUNC was delisted and they sold our LUNC without ANY prior notice. Not only that, but they turned it into the Turkish lira. The asses was not their to decide to sell it!!!! they could just let us know so we would transfer our LUNC to another wallet. The trust I had in BTCTurk fell down from 100 to ZERO. Again, the asset was not yours to decide to sell it.

I use BTCTurk for along time; since about 2018, did not had any problem , deposit/withdraw to/from bank account/crypto wallet no problem, once i had an expired ID prevented me from drawing my funds i updated it and every thing works fine, fast support. I am not a turkish person but i live in turkey and have a turkish ID for verification; hope that helps.

im old member of btcturk i gues they are scam users, for 4 month ago, they banned transactions for 1 or 2 days for no reason, when you ask why it not added they said its underreview, what? review what on blockchain ???!!! and no explain too when they added, actually the use of money users for not reason please go away from this exchanger, i guess its can totally scam as soon .

Melis from customer service asked me to register and submit KYC details in order to claim funds I lost by sending my funds to a friend without a Stellar MEMO ID. They could at least return the funds to the originating address. Would not recommend to anyone, better use some reputable international exchange.

Very unprofessionals , in the live support either the end the conversation without saying anything if the don’t have an answer or asking you to send an email that will never be replied , I have never faced a bad customer service such as this , I really don’t advice using BtcTurk

This is not safe and trustworthy bitcoin site. Why? Because while approval of identity, they do not accept a text on your identity. I always write text on copy of identity " This copy is only for ..... purpose ". But BTCTURK is not accepting this.
This is indicating that they may use your identiy for illegal transactions.

Stay far away from this organisation. Take attention about my opinions an reviews.

If you're in Turkey, it can be useful. If you're not, you don't need. Interface is alright thought..
