Absolutely amazing team.

My case was quite complex in the sense that I spent 5 months looking for a company which is trustworthy and reasonably priced!

There are too many contractors nowadays who will overcharge people for a terrible job! You won’t face this with BS Plumbing.

Blerim patiently and on several occasions explained the scope of work. He was always available to go over any points requiring clarification by phone or by email. He doesn’t cut corners and I appreciated his commitment towards ensuring his work complied with the latest regulations.

Despite price increase on materials , Blerim had honoured his original quotation. He also kindly offered to install our new washing machine and install new copper pipe work in certain areas at no additional cost.

I definitely recommend this company. They made us feel comfortable and clearly take the quality of their work seriously. 10/10 superb service!

Tim & Blerim (forgive me if I spelt that wrong) are an outstanding team. They overcome all challenges in the most professional, calm and entertaining way, all the while ensuring you the customer fully understand what is going on, they also encourage questions and observation, this is the level of their confidence in their work. I ordered a new boiler from Heatable, who could have been more cooperative with these folks, and it had to be relocated based on findings identified when these guys turned up. This greatly increased their workload and yet they still delivered an outstanding setup complete with all the other work involved with such a large job. We kept these lads on a diet of fish and chips and that seemed to go down well :). You folks are my new heating and plumbing engineers, our family thank you very much for overcoming all the obstacles we observed in your way, impeccable work ethics and eye for detail were impressive, the pipe work is art, you can really see the difference when folks genuinely love their craft and care about the work they perform inside other peoples homes. Bs plumbing installed our new combi boiler for us as well as taking away a back boiler and immersion heater, also removed all unused pipe work from the old system. They were extremely thorough with a high quality of work! Very good prices which included all of the labour. Would recommend and use again.

Very efficient work, and great after service even on a Sunday for a check, would definitely recommend to get a boiler from these guys.

I've contacted BS Plumbing on 2 separate occasions. They were both for different types of leaks.

The communication was excellent. They turned up on time, showed us what was wrong and why it happened and proceeded to fix the issue.

I would recommend them to others and they will continue to be my first point of call for all plumbing issues.

Blerim came to service our boiler 2 weeks ago but couldn't because of gas leaking from the cooker hob, the hob had to be replaced. Ordered a new hob and Blerim returned this morning and installed the hob - no gas leak.
He was able to service the boiler, checked the radiators and answered all our questions.
The standard of work was excellent, very pleased with the service and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

10/10 highly recommend their services. I had a new boiler installed. We had a few issues with removing the existing boiler to another location. They did an amazing job, very professional and helpful. They removed all the rubbish and tidied up. I would definitely use their services again.

Blerim and Tim provided us with very efficient and high-quality service when replacing the boiler in our flat. They were precise and took the time to explain to us the fault in our old system and how to use newly installed one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service!

BS Plumbing recently refurbished my family bathroom and we are very pleased with the results. Blerim and his colleague worked in a focused and efficient manner every day, always keeping me informed. They arrived on time every morning and cleared up after themselves at the end of the day.

We had our bathroom suite replaced, full tiling on all walls and a new floor. They also repaired issues with floorboards and rotten wall slats, and installed a new radiator. They arranged an electrician to install an extractor fan and a plasterer to skim the ceiling. They fitted a cabinet, blind and shower rail for us too. Everything happened on schedule and they finished after 8 working days. The result looks fantastic and works perfectly.

I would definitely recommend BS Plumbing and will use them again for my future plumbing needs.
