The worst network in India tbh and the net speed flunctuates often. The customer service is more like w in wrong thats silent, no response after complaint. There is always a los lost lf signal 2-4 times a month. Not worth a penny to be honest.

It was my biggest mistake that I choose them, I asked for fiber broadband plan and without my permission and asking me bsnl vendor activated 499+GST plan. Without physical router installation, they charged me Rs.2201 and keep sending me invoices. I paid for the service that I never used. Paid for the wifi plan which never installed on my home. several complains booked, several physical bsnl offices visits, sever calls to customer care...I left abandend with no hope and paid the amount. because the 2% late fee compound interest is getting on the bill amount every month. No one listen to me. I wish this company vanish and never come back. We can live without you bsnl. worst service in the world.

Very bad... They provide wrong information...I recharge 220 talk time..I call customer care...they said that it has no validity..and if you recharge this talk time then not needed any other plans... But when I recharge they message me within 7days your balance expired...recharge 107 to continue the sim...but why??I don't want to recharge again and again...Bad experience they're totally fraud

Whenever power goes off, BSNL mobile data service not available. I think they are not using standby power supply/power generator like other operator. In spite of saving much money by not using/hiring stand by power supply, the company is in loss!!.
I think only option available is to change the carrier/service provider.

I can't say that it is poorest network, since in bsnl there is no any network so it can't be poorest or highest.

If you wanna spoil your time and mood then use BSNL. Most 3rd class sim I've not seen ever. Network is unavailable from morning, how I do my work?

This has the worst service and when i am asking what ti do the just cut of the call and when i did a top up and when i tried calling its sshowung no balance if anyone us going to buy bsnl pls dont buy it

Wanna abuse someone? Use the acronym BSNL. Calling someone BSNL is the most abusive you can be. I hope this gives an idea of how rubbish BSNL is in its entirety.

Worst experience and the customer care employee are so rude when I called them! They got irritated because I told I had an issue. Man, if you have provided me a good connection why would I even call you you? they call if fiber internet but it is even slower than the normal one! Worst service!

Bsnl is new name - "Bhai Sahab Na Lo". It's fiber internet service provider is very worst and unprofessional , they're only taking money not giving services.Every 2 or 3 days has been disconnect internet, after complaint not resolved problem .Its officers are corrupt ,unskilled, uneducated,they are don't know that Bharat fiber is Bsnl FTTH,they are agenda to fooling to customers,they are unable to give resolution, so i suggest to you don't take connection of Bsnl FTTH i.e. fiber internet.Their vendors harassing customers .If you're educated then they jealous to you.So be aware. Thanks.
