Recently, the Omega-3 supplements I ordered from them had reddish brown stains inside the bottle and on the pills. I contacted customer service via email and never received a response. My review on the website never got posted either.

They used my credit card withoit my permission to make multiple fraud charges. When I contacted them regarding the fraud charge, they did not respond to my emails.

Excellent website and was able to order just what I wanted. My Melatonin order was shipped to New Zealand in just one week! Well packaged and efficient service.

I felt the need to write this review after reading about some very bad experiences on here. I found out about Bronsons vitamins when someone recommended them in a review on Trustpilot for Biovea. So i thought id give them a go!..... Well what can i say.... WOW!

On Saturday i ordered 5mg Melatonin tablets to come to the UK. They kept me updated every day with whats happening with my order & updates on delivery. Expected Thurs, arrived today (Weds)! Thats 4 days!!! Ive checked the bottle, the seal is intact and with a 2 year expiry date. Personally i couldnt be happier!

Im yet to try the melatonin, but i just wanted to say how pleased i am with the service from start to finish! Id be happy to recommend & use this company again! Thanks so much.

They sent me expired vitamins, offered a refund and the refund was only 25% of the cost of the vitamins.

Bronson's melatonin works well for me. Sleeping within half an hour of taking the tablet, and lasting through the night. Even if I wake for a nature call I go straight back off to sleep. Yay.

I think Bronson vitamins is slowly going out of business. They are "out of stock" on so many items we order regularly, for some time now. We have been ordering from Bronson since the 1980s. We have started finding other good sources and companies, so if Bronson goes under there are other options.

Finally found some melatonin... Bloody Brexit rubbish!! Ordered it arrived in two days. First try tonight IV switched from puritans pride to these. So will see tonight. I hope these work as well!!! Xx

I have repeatedly tried to call the Customer Service Department (during their normal business hours), and each time I have gotten a message indicating “they were closed.” I have even been # 1 in the que (waiting to speak to someone) and gotten a message telling me “they were closed.”. I actually spoke to someone in Customer Service (Emily) - she disconnected me. I’ve repeatedly have tried to navigate to the Bronson Vitamins website - I keep getting an error message, and I can’t view the site. I was finally able to place an order (with Shawn) - via a callback. I believe that the Customer Service at Bronson Vitamins is terrible.

I found Bronson Vitamins in the student store at the College of San Mateo in 1973. My family and I have been taking them ever since, ordering mostly online, without a hitch until now. It must be the virus that has so many products we take out of stock. These are wonderful products and the customer service (at least in the USA) is excellent. When we started taking Bronson Vitamins we were young and cool and healthy, and now we're old and cool and very healthy and really need them - please come back strong - we need you!!!

I ordered supplements a month ago. They had sent me tracking with no number and ignore my requests for information.

I have been ordering Bronson since a Doctor recommended them in the 1970's. Never had a problem with the order. I usually order over the phone and speak to a real human. Sometimes I need to ask about a product or a change that they have made to their products. They always go out of the way to look things up or check on an ingredient. Last time was about the dog tabs, which my dogs have been taking for generations.

Terrible customer service, it feels like a talking to wall. I gurantee you can not get your parcel forever.

Great service! Products as descriped

I ordered some medicines from them on 25 May 20 to be delivered at an address in India. Order No, 3000343270. Haven't received til date i.e. 24 August. 3 months gone. On enquiry, am given following details -  Item booked and money taken to deliver on a specific address in India - 26 May. Parcel remained in the US itself - till 23 July i.e. 2 months after taking my money. Parcel under their control at various places - till 17 Aug i.e. 2 months and 21 days. Offered to Indian customs - only on 17 August.
Still no sign of medicine in my house, for which they took my money. Hope they do get it before the patient needs it no more.
Ridiculously low levels of ethics, empathy and efficiency.

I find their products absolutely great
I get three drops. Twice I ran out; and each time I couldn't wait for my
next order. That proves to me that they work. Pain gone within three days when back into the system. God Bless on this amazing product.
