I read the good reviews here before placing an order through the website. They take the money and then you don’t get any communication about the order. They don’t respond to queries through the form on their website and they don’t respond to emails sent to the address quoted on their website website. Now I’ll have to chase the bank to get my money back. Rubbish service!

These guys were truly wonderful when I had an early mechanical during Chase the Sun yesterday. They had opened super early to support the event and the riders coming past them well before normal hours. They were brilliant getting me back on the road in record time, and they were also kind and courteous while doing so. Thank you so much!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me select exactly what I needed. There was no pushing for more expensive items, just honest, down-to-earth advice. Great service from the workshop too! Definitely THE local place to go for bikes, parts, or servicing.
