EXTREME CAUTION WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
We bought a van after being assured that it had only suffered minor scratches on the bumper and fenders. However, when we took it to a body shop, we discovered that the damage was far more extensive, including a misaligned chassis.
It appears that some parts were simply replaced to hide the vehicle’s true condition before it was sold, giving the impression that it had only minor cosmetic damage.
What disappointed us the most was not only discovering the hidden damage, but also the dealership’s response afterward. We explained the situation and provided the findings, yet they refused to accept any responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. Once the sale was completed, they showed no interest in helping us.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. We feel that important information about the van’s condition was not disclosed, and the lack of transparency and customer support has been extremely disappointing.
If you value honesty, transparency, and peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle, we strongly suggest looking elsewhere. We certainly would not buy from this dealership again.
