Attended with 10yr old daughter for ear…

Attended with 10yr old daughter for ear piercing, which she had been requesting for ages. However, on getting there she was really nervous. Daniel the piercer was fantastic - kindly talked her through what was involved, showed her the room and bits used and reassured her there was no pressure and suggested going away to think and coming back at another time.

She was completely reassured and when we went back it was a stress-free experience.

Thoroughly recommend - clean, well lit, great communication from staff and lovely ear piercing.
