Broadband speed for talk talk today at 4mps. When I reported this, via automated service and text response this doubled to 8mps. I understand that the standard is 25 mps. My requirements are basic, I don't game or download films so if you are a more sophisticated tech user, stay well clear.

WORST is I find I have been billed for two months without even having received connection!! How deceitful is that now. I have given so many calls about my matter no one seem to respond at NOW. I will not recommend NOW to anyone until my matter is sorted and my money refunded to me. Surely your records can show if the connection is active or not!!

Sky is like most company's they make you sign a mandatory contract all this dose is guarantee there income for a set time plus they can put your payments up if they wish to at any time this is wrong the price should stay the same throughout the contract like it did years ago its time this practice was outlawed
