Great service by the guys that’s came to do the packing and moving.
Having unpacked everything now, wish things were a bit more clearly labelled. We’ve found a few things in unexpected boxes but otherwise, all good.

The service was outstanding right from initial quote via virtual tour, to goods delivered to new home.
The team today were so friendly, hard working and excellent through the day.

Would highly recommend.

What a great service, 5 guys arrived promptly, they were polite, efficient and boy did they work hard. We had a good 3 hours between packing up and getting the keys to our new property and unloading and rebuilding all our furniture we t like a dream, they didn’t finish until aprox 6.30pm, can’t recommend highly enough

Britmove did our removal on 24th Sept 2021. It was the best service I've received in a very long-time. They arrived on-time at 08:00am in the morning. The team of three was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They looked after my furniture as it was their own. In the office, Bianca Benedic was always giving me updates, available and friendly. Britmove and their teams are highly recommended. Will definately use again. Thanks Britmove, keep up the good work. (Moved from Furzton to Simpson in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire).

A very competitive and professional company. Although we did not select them for our move in the end it was a very close decision and they certainly maintained contact and interest throughout the process. I am sure that they would have done a good, reliable job for us.

Very friendly, very professional. How they pack was amazing. We saw the lorry and wondered how they would get all in but did it was amazing. Nothing too much for them.

I had a video call with Alan who saw the whole of our house (in a state pre moving!). I was given my quote and accepted.
Ionut and his team arrived on the dot and were fantastic! They made every effort to make sure our move was a success. They worked tirelessly throughout the day until every last mortal was moved. We sent half of our belongings to storage and half to the house, ionut remembered every single item correctly (which even I struggled with) after one walk round! I was so impressed!
They moved such hard big furniture, and kept everything safe from damage -there was one little incident which he told me about straight away which I was very thankful for - helped me to trust them.
Nothing was too much, comprehensive, extremely hard working and thorough!
I’d recommend Britmove to anyone, great experience from beginning to end! I’ll be back to them when we move again next year!!

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Turned up on time and after surveying the numerous boxes quickly loaded the vehicle safely with our belongings. They were careful and diligent. When unloading at our new property they had great awareness of where to put our belongings. Thank you to everyone involved with our move.

The Britmove guys are amazing! The gave the best value for money by far, great communication during booking and their packing and removal (and rebuilding) service was most efficient. The guys are all very courteous and incredibly hard working. We have used them twice now and highly recommend them.

Stay well away. Damaged my furniture dining table and garden table. Staff is not cooperative. They lied that its covered with insurance. They never claimed my insurance and its been 9 months I am still waiting to hear back about my claim.

Having some awkward-to-carry and fragile, yet very precious to me, furniture, I was dreading the move. I should not have worried at all. The team turned up punctually and treated the furniture as if it was their own, carrying it as if it were made of eggshells. They were also mindful of surroundings and respectful of the neighbours. They worked very hard on a hot day, yet at all times remained friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Not to be forgotten, the friendly and helpful administrative staff who made the arrangements. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Really glad that I chose them.
