Brilliant exercise, great fun
I'm fairly regular with my fitness activities, but BMF is the best I've done by far.
It's varied from session to session, so you really get a full workout. Instructors are always seriously good at their job - friendly and personable, but well organised and willing to push you. The grouping system is clever - you're paced differently according to your ability, so there's no competitiveness or embarrassment for those less fit.
The park element is also cool - fresh air and variety, and rolling about in the grass (or mud!) instead of being cooped up in a gym.
Overall, you get a workout that's well planned enough to thoroughly knacker you, but individually paced so it's never over the top.
