The last order got lost and by the time i got it the bread was out of date, and the crumpets even in the freezer when thawed it went mouldy same day sadly we had to chuck that out, this order maybe the same as it was dispatched 4 days ok ( as long as the bread lasts for) and it’s still
not been delivered, it would really good if they maybe kept these semi frozen and popped in a freezer bag type way that others do, i know it will defrost quickly but even and added extra day or two would be very handy

A wonderful experience but be aware of the Duty!
The order was great and totally as expected.
My problem is out of your hands but the customs duty is sad and makes the whole operation a little over the top with regards to expense. Something I'll have to consider if and when I order again.

Hobnob delivery to New Zealand!
My daughter has just received her parcel of biscuits and chocolate in NZ and is over the moon! Yes, it's not the cheapest way of sending a food parcel but it's convenient and the constant notifications from DHL were great.

Shipping is very fast and everything being properly taken care from custom to delivery. It also offers varieties of goods which is great to make one stop shopping. Prices are reasonable, the only downside in my case is one bag of crisps was broken (probably squeezed during the transportation), hope packing can be better next time.
