I've been using their products for about three years now and I'm extremely pleased with the quality esp the magnesium tabs,I get a good night's sleep and it helps me to recover as I play a lot of tennis.
my last order was returned to them by Royal Mail for dimr reasion and they sent out another order immediately ..Great service always.They are a bit more expensive but we'll worth the extra it costs. I can highly recommend British Supplements

I have tried several brands and supplements but I can genuinely say that British Supplements are far superior. You only have to look at the ingredients to see the difference. I started using British Supplements after being diagnosed with Long COVID Psoriasis and arthritis. I take several different supplements and I no longer suffer from any of the above. I've been purchasing Nettle tablets for my son and I for the last two years. The difference in our allergies has been quite astounding. Great products and added bonus with some that include an uptake blend. first company that I can buy from without having to scan the ingredients list.
