Geoff and Liam made such a transformation to our home
Geoff and Liam worked not stop until completion. Very good workers, professional in their approach to work meticulous to detail. Kind to people with mobility issues having to negotiate stair lifts and other mobility aids. Unfazed at having to repeat technique for multiple locks.
Also Ian, surveyor, after leaving our home parked up and returned to level off sunken grass caused by his van. What a caring community sense he has.
George, design, also understood the problem of losing fine motor skills with age. Knowledgeable good understanding of functional fragility in the elderly and recommended accordingly.

Absolutely incompetent. We wouldn't trust them to put a tent up!
It's 4 months since we signed a contract with Britelite to install a conservatory. We've been chasing them almost weekly ever since to make progress. Today, we had our first visit on the installation "journey": a ground screw test.
Now it turns out that, for Britelite, this is just the start of placing orders for various components that need to come together to install this conservatory. So basically, nothing has happened for 4 months. With this rate of progress, it will not be done until December 2026!
Britelite is an appalling combination of overselling, zero project management skills and inadequate communication.
Starting again with another supplier is absolutely front of mind right now. And I'd bet that they'd get it done before Britelite will.
Perhaps they're great at double glazing but if you're after a conservatory, I would look somewhere else.

Extremely pleased with my door
From start to finish was very professional, the salesman was not pushy and listened to what we were after. We were informed of the process and on the day of installation the fitter took his time to make sure that the door was fully fitted with no issues. I highly recommend Britelite 10/10

Fitting good but Purchase Process not the best! Mistakes made!
Friendly service and fitting was done well. Good guarantees and reputation in place.
Where they fell short is the confusion with the colour of the window. I chose a particular colour, which was stated in the contract but the end product was different. We were left dissappointed as the window looks out of sync with our existing windows.
There was also a payment mistake - whereby they took the entire payment upfront inadvertently rather than the agreed deposit amount. Which caused some inconvenience at the time.
Quite steeply priced as well but product looks of good quality so far.
Just need to do better with the pre sales and post sales process.

Took more than 3 years to complete the…
Took more than 3 years to complete the job on my house. More than 60 visits and repairs, management not interested in resolving and not willing to explain to me reasons why it took so long . They even tried to fit window that was about 10 cm smaller - saying expanding foam will work, 8 attempts to install front door only and constant repairs of their own faults and much more failures! No chance to resolve issues with Ombudsman as they are not members of appropriate scheme. Careless, unprofessional, irresponsible. Stay away people

While there were delays and a number of follow-up visits, these related to snagging items and subsequent change requests rather than incomplete works being left unresolved. The installation was completed, and all formally raised issues were investigated and addressed.
We cooperated fully with the relevant independent body in relation to this matter, and it has been externally reviewed.

I'm extremely pleased with my new door (thanks Andy). Every employee I've dealt with during the process has been very polite and friendly. It was built quicker than expected which was great. A couple of issues (hence 1 dropped star) which are/have been sorted out without any fuss or quibble. I would recommend this Company. The fitter was very very good btw......
