Polite, friendly, safe service and good price

We had a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow airport.
I appreciated the meet & greet service, which was included in the price. The vehicle was clean and a good size, perfect for 4 of us and all our luggage!

We had a wonderful driver called Faruqe driver that called us as soon as we landed and told us he was there and when we are ready to just give him a call after pick the bags up , he did not rush us or make us feel like a number, on pick up he was polite and took the bags and placed it to the boot, I was travailing with my young boy of 4, who was slitly tired and a bit grumpy but Faruqe was funny and kind and kept him entertained, we had a really lovely journey and had a lovey chat all the way, definitely recommend highly. Brilliant service. Always bang on time (if not earlier) with friendly drivers. And exceptionally well priced. If you get a taxi from one of the airport ranks, it’s often £100+ to get back into London. With Britannia it’s half of that. I will always use Britannia.
