A big thank you to Graeme and Harry with the sale of our late mother's property. An emotional experience for us a family but they both did everything possible to see it through as smoothly as possible. Much appreciated.

Very rude and unprofessional. Just called with a query on one of the rental properties available on their website and got told it's under offer, the offer will surely be accepted and end of conversation. Didn't even spend 2min to have a chat.. we might have gone above the price the owner got, but their "estate agent" didn't even give them that chance... very poor!

My husband and I have been dealing with Brinkley's over the last 4 and a half years while renting a property. We have never had any issues or concerns with the company. Now we have left, we wanted to leave a review. Zulekha has been a great contact and has been a pleasure to speak to all these years. Our experience with Dhruvika Patel in the property management section has been excellent. She has been unfailingly responsive, professional and understanding and works hard to resolve maintenance issues as smoothly as possible under challenging circumstances (a slow to respond landlord). Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills have helped ease the frustration we (the tenants) have experienced with our landlord.

We rented a property through Brinkleys and the property management was expertly handled by Zulekha Warid, who has been on hand to assist with any minor issues we've had or need to communicate with the landlord. We've had a great experience with Brinkleys and would definitely recommend!

Graeme Gordon at the Wimbledon Park office did a wonderful job guiding me through my first purchase. He was always quick to respond to my messages, and his cheery and helpful manner was a blessing in a very stressful time!

Dhruvika Patel has been amazing with regards to handling our landlord issues, she’s been very efficient with all of our questions and queries, always reassuring us and finding solutions to our problems, even when out of office hours! She’s great! Very good service, really polite and professional!

Very understanding, quick in response and patient. They always adjusted visits in my flat from utility personnel when I was available which is not easy with my work schedule. Also replied to emails very quickly and contacted my landlady on my behalf immediately.

Graeme and Harry did an excellent job in finding a buyer and negotiating the sale and guiding it through to completion. I've been coming back to Brinkley's for many many years and am very happy to continue doing so.

Moved in to a place last year. They failed to liase with the landlord to clean the place and we were left essentially homeless and crashing at friends' for two weeks as the landlord worked to make the place habitable, despite the agent promising us on the viewing that they would clean it. Now we're barely three quarters of the way through our tenancy and they're already harrassing us to ask whether we think we'll stay another term. Not to mention they completely misspelt one of our names on the actual contract and keep sending emails to the wrong address, despite it all being there on previous correspondence. The whole thing just reeks of utter incompetence and carelessness. The place is nice, they seem to have nice affordable places to rent.

Absolutely useless Lettings agents. We had multiple bookings cancelled without any form of contact as the flat had already been let, or the agents would change the time of our viewing to times we had already said we couldn’t attend, without any correspondence with us. We would be left to chase them to confirm flat viewings on the day of the viewing only to be told (quite rudely) that the flat was already let. They just don’t seem like they can be bothered to speak to you. Impossible to even get a reply as the agents tend to ignore your emails when they know they’re in the wrong. Always a good sign to have estate agents that ignore clients. Avoid.
