It wasn't delivered when they said it would and then it took over a week and I had to go and collect it even though I am an elderly lady and it is heavy and I live 500metres uphill from the car park.

The packaging is intended to protect the contents and should be able to withstand a certain amount of impact to be sorted at our terminals. Although damage to the packaging can sometimes occur, we understand that it can diminish your experience with our service.

Driver did not attempt a delivery
Driver did not attempt a delivery. Only phoned, and when I missed the call, leading to no response, the driver decided not to even attempt ringing the door bell or any check whatsoever to see whether delivery was possible.
2 stars and not 1, because I should be responsible for having answered my phone I suppose.

Overall it’s good on time but I live in Nyhemsgatan 36 Halmstad Sweden so at least the nearest parcel drop place would be Nyhemsgatan 26 instabox or willys supermarket because it was quite difficult for me to find the place in google map and also I was quite busy so it took some time for me ..anyways it’s okay.

The delivery of the package was ok
The delivery of the package was ok. But your service is low. I earlier sent you a message about your app. I can not use the app because I cannot enter my Dutch phone number. This gives problems for the people at the pick up point. I have got no answer on my remark about the app.

I haven’t received the last of my package, your rep had misplaced it in another location. I chatted with a rep who says she will trace lt and reroute but i am yet to hear from them. This has been a very stressful experience shipping with your company
