This is my third pair of glasses from Brille24. All have been perfect..my prescription is complex, varifocal with astigmatism. Prescription has always been spot on. Value is great. Sometimes 59% less than the high Street opticians. 2 weeks delivery. I will continue to buy from Brille 24

Terrible Customer Service - Slow General Service
I bought a glass, made the payment on the same day (instant bank transfer) and started waiting. 11 days and my order is still not updated. It still says "waiting for payment". I called and sent e-mails to customer service, sent proof of payment. But they are far away from being helpful at all.

One glass was out
When I opened the package I saw that one glas is out. And with my previous order the glasses were not the correct strength.
So because it was two times in a row. I decided to give them a low rating.
The positive thing is that the glasses are well priced. That's why I give an extra star. I'm writing this review for the benefit of Brille24 and future costumers.
