Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. I was sent the wrong pizzas, and when I complained, instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, they tried to convince me that the olives on the pizza I received were actually ground spicy beef. Yes, you read that correctly.
I even sent them photos of the pizzas, clearly showing what had been delivered, yet they continued insisting that I had received what I ordered. How can an American Hot pizza have no chillies, no beef, and instead be covered in olives and pepperoni? That is not an American Hot pizza.
Mistakes happen, but refusing to acknowledge an obvious mistake—and then arguing with a customer despite photographic evidence—is completely unacceptable.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. Based on the food and, especially, the way the complaint was handled, I would strongly recommend steering well clear of this place. There are plenty of pizza places that actually deliver what you order and take responsibility when they get it wrong.
