Bereavement Plant

Bereavement plant was delivered as scheduled & my family loved it. Due to the pandemic, we could not be present with family at the time. It was a comfort to know that they knew how much we supported and loved them during this time with roses that could be planted in remembrance. Thanks!

Half of the hydrangea I bought died as…

Half of the hydrangea I bought died as did half of the roses I bought. Admittedly this may be my fault despite the fact that I followed directions, but not a good experience - an expensive failure particularly as I bought many.

unbelievably bad quality mass cane

i have ordered same mass cane plant before from a different company, sure it also did some damage to the plant during shipping, but at least easy enough to tell the plant was still in decent condition, just needed to trim a few leaves.
i just received the plant today from brighter blooms, i can tolerate some shipping damage, but 90% of leaves were damaged, and it wasn't really damaged by shipping, the box and even the wrapping paper were in good shape. the damage was more the leaves were mostly yellow, even dried brown. also plenty were already torn apart or folded completely and a lot of brown holes. the condition of the plant was even worse than the one i was going to replace, it wasted me over an hour cleaning it up, only a few decent leaves left so i had to get rid of it instead. i don't understand why and how they could even sell/send a plant in that kind of condition. i tried responding to the email as per instruction to let them know what happened, the email bounced back stating address not found, total waste of money, time and effort. stay away.

The service representative was helpful

The service representative was helpful. And the ordered items arrived as promised and were in good condition. Boxing of live plants well organized and protected with appropriate padding.

never got the package

never got the package. I sent an email to the customer service email provided but its a fake email. The email I sent just bounced back. I am pretty sure this sites a scam do not trust!!!!!!

Must have made an impression!

I didn't see the delivery as it was a gift. However, the recipient, somewhat sad as it was a sympathy gift, said a family member came and woke her up to see it, so it must have made an impression - she loved it!
