Never received my order
I ordered a lamp on 23rd July - never received it. Wrote two emails - on which I got answer that they have an issue with delivery and never came back to me again. The last response was on August 31st sounds like this: "Ma’am,
There are some apparent difficulties in providing you with this lampbase, and supplier are aware of this issue.
We are in contact with supplier and my intentions are to have this base within the next few days. ". Never heard back after this email. Totally unprofessional. I have cancelled the order today since I never hear back from them.
