Connie and Ann were like family. I am an American/Brit living in Denmark with my Danish fiancé and was nervous about planning a wedding from abroad and during these strange pandemic times. Ann and Connie made my dress finding and fitting experience so stress-free and enjoyable and were so loving, welcoming and accommodating to my complex and complicated needs and situation. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality and incredible expertise in making my wedding dreams come true and helping me find the perfect dress! Thank you both so much! I cannot recommend them enough to all you brides and brides-to-be out there. :)

I am from Japan. And I have been living in Denmark for many years and I never had experience this kind of bad store in Denmark. I went to a tailor to asked her to help me measure my size, so I can book a dress from internet. But the tailor recommended me to go to Bridfashion instead. So I took her advice, I wen to the store and bought a dress, which is not my size at all. People in the shop recommended me to go back to the tailor and get it fixed. when I asked people in the shop how much a tailor might cost, they told me :"you just need to make it a bit smaller, and there is no handwork, it would not cost much money". So I went to the tailor, The tailor let me tried on the dress and then called the shop and talked a bit over phone with them and then told me that the tailor cannot really make it as is was after it is fixed unless the tailor change everything. If I want to make the dress fit me well I have to pay as much as I already payed ( 5000 DKK). I do not think this is a fair purchase. I also checked the quality of the dress carefully, and I found the quality is bad. There are a lot of thread lose off from the dress and I found a hole on the back side of the dress. I went back to the store and I want to retuned it and ask my money back. But I was told rudely that no money back. Since they have no the same dress to offer me they give me a gift card instead. I tried to offer my gift card in the store at a lower price to the customers. They was very angry about it and pushed me out of the store.

I went out the store and waited on the other side of the street. I hope the customer interested in my offer and can come out to ask me again. But the women in that store went out crossed the street to me and threatened me that she would call police if I stand there(I was far from the store, waiting) where they can see me. I think it was unreasonable.

It is amazing how different their attitude changed to me before and after I pay for the dress.

My advise is:
Never go to that store!!
If you want to go there please check people's reviews about that store. A lot of people have very bad experiences with them. Wedding is a important thing in our life, do not let that store ruin your big day!

The truth is I tried to sell the gift card on all the internet I can find on half price, it has been several month past, there is still no people want to have it. I will not common on their reputation. People can see it.
