Too overpriced
Looks like some good models. I wanted this ac-130 but apparently a 3,000 piece set is £3000! Overpriced models. Shame.

The decals are horrible. They’re already etching off and I just got them in the mail less than two days ago. They were not cheap either. $9 a pack is definitely not worth the money if they aren’t even suitable for any real play or wear.
They have good and accurate weapon molds, but at all costs do not buy their decal sticker packs. Not worth the money.
I thought this was a decent company, but my mistake.
Important points to note collecting Brickmania, 'Lego' brick building kits.
Pro's...
- All original brick building designs.
- They use real unused Lego parts, elements, etc.
- Custom, exclusive elements.
- EXCELLENT printed elements.
- Excellent original exclusive minifigures.
- They use quality BrickArms accessories to add to their kits.
- Besides models and kits, they sell excellent accessories, weapons and sticker packs to enhance and detail your military vehicles.
- Excellent display models.
- They also sell instructions (if you wish not to purchase a full kit).
- They also offer COBI military kits, which are a lower price point than their custom kits. This is a nice lower priced alternative and hats off to them to offer this within the same site.
- Customer service very good.
- When ordering accessories, weapons, etc., they will at times include a weapon or two free with your order.
Con's...
- Depending on model and kit, some areas of build aren't sturdy. Too many single point connections at times (I base this on 4 WWII kits I've built, but I believe newer and newer kits coming out seem to be shoring up their builds).
- For most part, need to be a semi-experienced Lego builder to overcome some areas with single point connection (ie: knowing where to add to areas to make sturdy from your own parts collection).
- Some 3D printed elements don't clutch tightly to Lego elements.
- Price point on almost all Brickmania custom kits can be high. Look for sales, offers and holiday coupons in site.
- Models NOT FOR PLAY. They aren't really made for kids to play like Lego sets. More for display and light play set ups, dioramas, etc.
- If buying for young builder, parents must help with the build process (but this is a good bonding moment).
- Instruction booklets good, but not as good and clear as Lego instructions.
Despatch of models ordered to the day they're delivered is beyond fantastic (through DHL). Between 2 to 4 days overall (USA to UK)! Absolutely amazing.
Find their customer service confusing. No replies to emails or through their contact form.
One model I bought has missing pieces, which is incredibly disappointing.
Maybe something is amiss their end, they're short-staffed, or simply too busy. Who knows? I don't like to judge, however this element (forgive the pun) needs to be sorted because customer service that lets customers down can kill an organisation, and I personally wouldn't want that to happen to Brickmania. They're too creative, incredibly talented, and too special to lose.
Their customer service is so awesome. If you have any problems, contact them first and they will resolve the issue as much as they can. Very impressed with the quality and the service.
purchased many different brickarms, some instruction books and a few minifigures! Great service everytime! Thank you!
Ordered a product late Monday 9 December 2024 from the UK. Despatched from Minneapolis Tuesday 10 December. Delivered to my home town in the UK on Friday 13 December!
Top marks to the team at Brickmania, and DHL! Extremely pleased. Thank you so much.
Besides this company having great models, their shipping and returns policy is outright a rip off. You can only return kits the are unopened or undamaged, you also in chance of returning you still have to pay the shipping cost which you already paid as of the kit is not expensive already. Also say the kit came in a somewhat crushed or damaged box and want to return it, you have to pay a 20% stock fee which just shows that they are none the less cheap.
They make really cool sets, my favorites are the tanks. They have cool minifigs, but the ones I want, especially Russian ones, they look cool in that dark green, are not in stock :(, wish they can get restocked and hopefully be selled by brickizimo. They are pricey though. Sometimes you pay double that for a minifig as to, for example, United Bricks. The best part yet are the instructions. It is way cheaper than to pay for the set and it is the only way, when the set is not available anymore. Unfortunately I live in Europa, which means the delivery fee can get quite high, like 50 francs least, like what?
I have bought several kits, minifigs and accessories via their reseller Brickizimo.
The kits are very well designed and include high quality printed elements. The designs are very sturdy and very well modeled after the real thing. Every product of brickmania shows the care, precision and time the team puts in them. Some say are ridiculously overpriced. You can always take a look at their website where they tell you how much time, money and effort goes into making their kits. In my opinion it's worth it.
This company has never let me down. Though expensive, they provide great selection of Brickarms and other accessories. Quality products. Order was shipped fast with lots of freebies! Thanks.
Purchased a Brickmania spitfire mkix for my son for Christmas 2023.
We had to wait for them to come into stock and then wait for them to be kitted and shipped to the uk.
My son has been a fan of brick mania for a while, watching all the YouTube videos.
He was super excited to get the mkix for Christmas.
And then the disappointment happened.
While the model looks epic, it’s fairly fragile.
The wings drop and do not have the right dihedral. They model isn’t very strong and my son wanted to have a pretend dog fight with the Indiana jones aircraft.
The thing kept falling apart. Wings coming off and the fuselage just falling apart.
I even rebuilt the model three times to be sure and yup it’s fragile.
It’s nothing like advertised in the YouTube channel or as shown on the website.
I now have a 8 year old son who is massively disappointed to not be able to play with his Lego spitfire.
I have emailed Brickmania and as yet have not received a reply.
The model was very expensive including the shipping.
The mode needs improvements and isn’t fit for the market.
I would be grateful for a replay, email or on here and a suggesting to sort the issue out.
this is a great company their minifigures are the best like holy frick however super expensive
i bought general patten for 40 bucks but he looks amazing like seriously and their artillery stuff is sweet i havent had the money to buy a big kit but all their brickarms are sweet. you guys should totally give it a try
The kits designed by this company are costly, but they are of good quality and unique design. The customer service is also excellent. You can quickly contact customer service via email and receive a fast response. Apart from the price factor, I can't think of anything to criticize.
This company is real good because even though it's expensive it's just that it takes time to make and some products are rare. They have to get thier supply and have to do some hard work and get everything they need to make thier really good products. Also, they always restock there things almost every time and they tell people about events or what is coming soon. They would always update you too. Unlike minifg co which is so rude and never repond.
Great Customer Service.
My order was taking a long time to be delivered so I got onto them and they told me how to track it and generally were very helpful. If you are ordering I would recommend making a big order as delivery costs are around €20 and if you live in Ireland you have to pay another €20 for Tax and Duty. Having deep pockets helps of course! They also have a much better selection than any of their competitors, and now that Brickarms no longer sell from their website, are the best place to go for Brickarms, and of course they make their own accessories and infamously pricey, but famously accurate kits.
Very disappointed with the $50 mystery crate. It included a $6 sticker sheet available on their site generally, and a handful of random blocks that they say was worth $10. We complained about the value and they said there are limited edition blocks that are worth money on the secondary market. So what? This is retail and my kids wanted to play with something. It’s not even a buildable kit. It’s just accessory blocks. Absolutely useless and not worth the money.
SUPER AMAZING!!!!!!!!Their products are so realistic and good. Sometimes they are so good I don't want to use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AMAZING
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A well known and very good custom military Lego vendor. The prices of their vehicle kits are of course infamously ridiculous so I choose to focus mainly on their minifigures which are fairly priced given their intricate detail, especially the awesome 3D printing. They often run 15% discount promos so keep an eye out for those.
I had a really bad customer service experience with them the very first time I ordered related to email communication before the order shipped. They refused to honor one of their own aforementioned sale promos but eventually relented after much bureaucratic back and forth. I think part of this problem is they are a larger retailer with a dedicated team of largely disinterested customer support agents so they no longer have that "personal" customer care touch that you get from their smaller one man competitors. You don't get to usually talk to the actual guys making the design decisions, unlike with their competitors. They are very "corporate-lite" - as if you were talking to the phone company.
For that reason, I can't give them 5 stars. Other than that, I haven't had any subsequent problems. Every order arrives well packed and never missing any parts.
