Great Service; Great Product
I had many questions re: the tracking device. Each time I called, the customer service representative was quick, responsive and informative. All of the information has been accurate and the device has provided valuable information.

I bought a tracker and I’ve had lots of questions to make sure I know how to use it correctly and get the most out of it. They’ve been patient with me and they really know their stuff. These guy's and gals know their stuff when you need them the most. I been with brick house for almost 2yrs. You get what you pay for. They want to help you with any issues you might have. They always have been kind and very understanding. In the month of November a problem arised so I called and they helped me within 26 minutes all taken care of. I couldn't believe the service.

I had problems logging on to my device
I had problems logging on to my device. I texted Brickhouse and Czarmaine responded to help me. After several minutes it was discovered that I had a capital letter in my email address. I felt so foolish. Charmaine was so kind and very helpful and understanding of my mistakes. Your in good hands if you're lucky enough to get her help.
