Had quite a challenge matching paint to a specific wallpaper. Sarah didn’t give up and ultimately helped us to get the right match. Much appreciated!

We returned to the Ware branch today to get some paint for our bathroom walls. The young man could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked questions that we had not even considered and provided a solution that we had not expected. But we came away very happy and very impressed with the excellent service received. And the paint colour is spot on! Many thanks.

Amazing service and help. We needed some colour matching and advice with paint. The Brewers team couldn’t do enough to help - they are so knowledgeable about their products and made sure we had everything we needed. Unusual to get this level of service these days!

Visited the branch in Ware today and felt compelled to leave a review. The young man who was serving at the till came over to see if I needed any help. Once we finished talking, he took the paint I was holding and said he’d take it to the till so I didn’t have to carry it around. He was so polite and the service he provided is such a contrast to what you receive when you visit larger DIY shops. Thank you.

Very professional outfit and an excellent selection of products, even if they’ve just had a run on something they will still get it in for you by lunchtime the next day. Odd paint mixing requests are done on the spot, obscure Osborne and Little wallpaper is no problem. The staff are very friendly, experienced decorators, very helpful and I’ve learned so many useful tips that saved me money and produced the result I wanted. Doesn’t matter whether you are in the trade looking for a tubes of caulk, wood hardener and a 2kg box of toute pret exterior or are just a home owner needing to find that perfect wallpaper or a tin of eggshell in “Brinjal” or “Mouse’s Back”, they’ll sort you out. Been going there for 10 years now and wouldn’t waste my time going anywhere else.

Great services , both knowledgeable and friendly staff, went above and beyond to supply the product that was not at branch.
