I ordered some specialist bathroom paint from the Brewers website and asked to pick up from the Hammersmith branch. From the moment I ordered through to being notified that my order was ready to collect, I was communicated to really well. The team at the Hammersmith branch were great and so polite. Would recommend Brewers for their great range of products and fantastic, knowledgeable customer service.

I love spending time in the Hammersmith decorating centre. Both Darren and Marco are so kind and fun and helpful. I'm new to painting and decorating professionally and they always go above and beyond with tips and advice. It's my "go to" place for topping up on supplies! 😁

Slow order conf. but great customer support
Ordering click and collect via website is not ideal. I didn't get confimation of the order for over an hour. I wasn't sure it had even gone through and I was itching to pick up the paint I knew was in stock. However, I when I called the chap on customer support was extremely helpful and even called back to let me know the order had gone through
