I placed an order online for collection from the Basingstoke store, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. A few days later I called the store to check the status, and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and confirmed that my order a rare paint I needed for my wood was ready to collect. When I went in, she and her colleagues were just as professional and welcoming in person. Great customer service and a smooth collection process. Highly recommended.
