I ordered a BrewDog Advent Calendar on 26 November 2025 as a present for my boyfriend, and it was meant to be special as he has never had an advent calendar before.
I received a dispatch email, but the tracking number does not work, and the courier has confirmed they never received the parcel from BrewDog. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and submitted support tickets, yet I have received no response at all.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. What should have been an exciting gift has been completely ruined, and I have been left feeling helpless with no information, no delivery, and no customer support.
I understand delays can happen, but being ignored is unacceptable, especially for a paid for gift. At this point, I have received nothing. No calendar, no explanation, and no resolution.
I would not recommend ordering important or time sensitive gifts from BrewDog based on this experience.

I placed an order a few weeks back however items were incorrect from what I ordered I’ve tried numerous times to contact them via email but unfortunately no response, this is appalling as I am now stuck with items I’ve not ordered.

Placed an order on 23rd November and it arrived on 28th November with items missing. Completed the online form immediately on 28th as the missing items are for a Christmas gift. Have also sent numerous emails and have had absolutely no response! I've never dealt with a company before who just ignores its customers. There is also no phone number to ring. It is very frustrating as I have ordered from brewdog many times but certainly won't be doing so again. Very poor customer service. **Review updated to include order number BD-668406 as it is now 9th December and I have still not received a reply to my emails! Maybe put more effort into replying to customers rather than damage limitation on Trust Pilot. I reiterate, the missing items are a Christmas present and I expect to receive these BEFORE Christmas**

Please be careful when ordering from Brewdog. I placed an order 18th November. Still has not been shipped! I have emailed 5 times and no response! I'm £30 out of pocket and have no idea how to sort it as no one reply to my emails!

Great customer service! I bought a gift card in error and an email verifying it was to be refunded asap was received in less than a week.

Ordered the 2025 brewdog advent calendar for my partner on 25/11 and it’s still yet to arrive. The brewdog website stated when I placed my order ‘any orders placed by 2pm on 27/11 would be delivered by 1st December’. I got an email from brewdog on 27/11 to say my order had been dispatched but still no sign of it on 03/12. When I input the DHL tracking number on their website (provided by brewdog) it states that it’s wrong or they haven’t received my parcel from the retailer yet. I raised an issue with their customer service team but don’t seem to be getting anywhere… all I have been advised is they’ll raise the issue with their ‘ECOM team’ because they don’t know what’s happened to my order…. I have now asked for a refund as there’s no use me giving my partner an advent calendar weeks into Christmas! Really disappointing! This will be my first and last order with brewdog! And from the looks of the other recent 1 star reviews I’m not the only one…

Purchased the advent calendar from Brewdog and still waiting for it to turn up. Tomorrow will be the 3rd December, having ordered it on the 24th November with two days delivery offered. Absolutely no sign of it turning up and Brewdog just blaming the courier. This service for its customers is just not good enough. I paid £50 for the calendar and received nothing. How do I know that it has been delivered. Shocking service and I would encourage you not to order for Christmas as your order simply won’t turn up. It’s just a shame their customer service don’t care.
