I was chatting to the sales manager )I think) whilst I was waiting for a pick up and he was very informative and answered all my questions about various vehicles on the lot.
My only concern is the rising costs of service

Friendly staff who made booking in my vehicle an easy experience- sent a text message the day before to remind me. In the day dropped the car off and received a health check update. Car was ready in just over a couple of hours- great service

We booked a waiting service. On arrival we were told the service would take 90minutes, which seemed a long time for a waiting appointment but we accepted it. Then we were told the car had a recall issued and that would take another 90 minutes plus. We had to rebook this

The staff,the service,and Brayleys dealership Rochdale were exemplary.

Firstly I received a timely reminder my mot & service was due, and booked both.
Service reception greeted me and I decided to wait while both service & mot took place on site. I was given refreshments and relaxed in comfort. On completion I reviewed details on the service report and video.
I drive a fully electric vehicle and have confidence in Brayleys Rochdale and their respectful staff.

Always great service at rochdale brayleys especially carrie sadly we had a long wait on Wednesday our car was booked in for its first MOT at 10-30am sadly it was not started till 11-20 a full 50 minister late we had opted to stay with the car as Broyleys have stopped the car collection and delivery service it was a long morning

It was an excellent service at Brayleys Rochdale. Paul was fantastic to deal with and made sure from start to finish that everything was explained and prepared . The car was immaculate and everything went smoothly. Can't speak about others because Paul was our first and last contact so due to him would highly recommend this dealership for buying a car.

Everything was explained about the particular vehicle I wanted to look at. The staff were very welcoming and considerate.

All staff were very helpful. There was a new guy on the reception desk, and he apologised for taking longer than his superiors. I don't think he took any longer than his peers.
The only fault I have, is I had to have a courtesy car, so I was charged £30 for the use of it. I'm disabled and now use a walker, and if I was still on the mobility scheme, the courtesy car would have been free.
Other than that, they were very professional.

Friendly helpful staff. Let me use one of the desks to do my work whilst my car was being serviced. 👍

I booked my car in for a recall, free tyre and clutch check, following a notification from Nissan. When the car was collected I was given the keys but no information as to what had been done and if everything was as it should be. The chap didn't say a word and I found this to be very rude.

Dropped car off at designated time Plenty of room to park. I was messaged to say when the car was taken into the workshop and how long it was likely to take Then messaged when it was ready.
Really good hassle free service

My vehicle was serviced to the usual high standard, MOT completed, some minor extra work was required. I was phoned, told the cost of the work and gave my agreement. Vehicle ready to drive away in just over 4 hours, brilliant service
