Booked in for a full service, the whole experience was great from start to finish. I have been using these guys for the last 3 years and will continue to use them. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The work carried out is always to a high standard.

Excellent service and staff as always

Most lovely service provided at Brayley Nissan Coventry,from manager to staff.

Getting our first car was something that made us a little nervous but we had one of their sweetest sales personnel Emily Smith who made everything so easy.

No question was too much or irrelevant, all necessary information was provided and she made sure everything was clear to us from the start.

Not to forget, I had one of the nicest hot chocolate made me which I loved.

Excellent communication skills, video sent to show work undertaken and great customer service.

On time quick & efficient

My Aryia was poorly & decided to stop charging. I called Bradleys & they offered me a next day appointment straightaway. My car had to stay in waiting for parts & i was offered alternative transport immediately. I was kept upto date throughout the whole process from start to finish. Service was exceptional so a truly massive personal thank you to Josh for going above & beyond. What was initially a worry for me Josh turned into a real positive experience. Could not have asked for more. Thank you :-)

Excellent customer service in all respects.

Staff friendly and professional and were prepared for my appointment. A courtesy car was available at reasonable cost that saved me an hour and a half journey home by public transport after dropping off the car.
Time estimate given for completion of works was accurate. I received video and email about the courtesy vehicle health check. Received reports for recall and vehicle health check to go into my service folder.
Website should include the different opening hours for service center as it was not possible to collect my car on Saturday. The premises are open at weekends for sales.

From the start, staff were helpful. The service to my car was completed in good time and I was kept informed of its progress. I was able to collect my car sooner than I had expected. Both my car and I were treated well.

Efficient major service. Dropped car off and walked into Coventry town centre for a bit of shopping etc. Josh called us about 2.5 hours later to say it was ready for collection. Very polite and courteous.

If I could rate the service on a scale of 1 to 10, I would easily give it a 20 out of 10—it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

This experience has made me a truly proud owner of my Infiniti Q50. Knowing there are only around 250 of these on UK roads, I love driving such a rare machine, and your team reinforces why Nissan builds such fantastic, resilient, and beautifully designed cars.
