Hi, from the first appointment we had brilliant service from Danny. We wasn't certain of which Kia to go for - Sonic or Kia.
Danny showed us both & left it us to decide. There was no pressure at all, which to me was great. Nothing worse than a salesman going on & on.
We decided on the Kia Sportage Pure manuel. The texts & phone calls were very clear & the pick up on Sat 17th Oct was made so easy.
Will recommend Brayleys to all we speak to.

Great service. Booking process was easy. Car collected from and returned to my home. Particularly appreciated the vehicle health check video sent via email. Very informative! A minor issue, the anti-perforation inspection record wasn't stamped in the warranty book. Must mention the cost. It isn't cheap to go to a Kia dealership for a service.

Car collected on time, kept up to date with the Service and any ad ons. All excellent. Car returned in excellent condition, with super valeting, shame it rained!

Maurice was amazing from start to finish. Knowledgeable, friendly and did not push us into any decisions. He was patient and kept us up to date all the time and explained anything we weren’t sure of. He’s a great asset to Brayleys in Harpenden. I’ve already recommend brayleys in harpenden to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Car was collected and serviced and MOT’d. they stamped up my service book and replaced the battery in my key fob. They told me non-urgent issues to keep an eye on for next time. And washed my car and returned it home. All done very well and happy with service.

Efficient service and polite staff

Car in for annual service. Tom at service department Brayleys Harpenden Kia, was very professional and quick to acknowledge the lumbar support driver seat wasn't working as we raised the issue during booking. Tom quickly ordered the spare part to replace the defect in the seat.
We also raised the issue a turtle icon keeps popping up on the dashboard. We occasionally lose power during driving. Could be dangerous if on the motorway with no hard shoulders nowadays.
Lucky Tom advise technicians to thoroughly check for safety. Maybe the main EV battery having charging problems. Lucky we are still under the 7 years warranty.

It was a great experience with everything explained in detail. I recieved a video inspection of suspension tyres and underbody. My service advisor explained everything in detail and my car was washed to a high standard. Wil definitely use Kia Brayleys in Harpenden again.

The initial welcome from the staff put me at ease, They were polite and informative. Offering a test drive on the first visit made so much difference to the experience. After the drive the explanation of the car and the buying process was excellent. Maurice was extremely helpful, pleasant and a joy to buy from. Thank you moving to an EV is a no but step and Brayley Kia makes it all so easy.

Danny Reynolds was my sales contact who was excellent from first view to sorting out issues with used Kia Sportage car which were addressed. When sorting out a problem with warranty outstanding he referred to Business Manager who reassured us we were covered (face to face) and provided details of cover

MOT and service. Easy to book over the phone. When I arrived the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. There were plenty of comfy seating areas to wait and access to a free hot drinks machine. Dog friendly too! Car nice and clean when I collected it.
