I recently purchased my new Kia Sportage GT line S from Brayley Kia in Dunstable.
From start to finish, I got excellent service from the salesman, Oliver Tompkins.
The whole process, from initially showing interest, to finally purchasing the car went seamlessly.
Oliver was very friendly, professional and had a wide knowledge of everything Kia.
I would thoroughly recommend Oliver and this Kia dealership.

I had the car collected and returned. Kept up to date with what was happening and asked if there were any other things that I wanted doing to the car. They phoned me later in the afternoon so that I could pay and the car was returned a little while later.

I was greeted by Jordan who is always very polite clean and helpful. I waited for my car to be serviced as I think to pay £30 for them to pick up and return the car is a bit much I think you should look into this . Trying to make ends meet is hard enough without this added extra. Also Jordan sat very patiently with me as I had managed to disconnect my phone which he put wright also again going through my sat nav with me as I was doing it wrong. Thank you Jordan.

Pretty diabolical experience with this particular branch(Brayleys Kia Dunstable). Georgie was awful and lied throughout my entire experience. My less than 2 year old car went in after being unable to put it into gear mid-drive and becoming immobile. I paid to have it towed to Brayley’s as my local Kia couldn’t fit me in for a few weeks. The booking process was easy. Just before 4pm on the day my car was taken there I had a call from Georgie to say my car was ready and that they had bled the clutch as they found some fluid, my response was that my husband thought he had seen fluid when he checked it over. She said they would be charging me £150 as this was a “maintenance issue” and was not covered under warranty. I spoke to my husband about this and he said it was absolute rubbish (which I thought to be the case). Air should not be in the clutch system and a clutch should not need bleeding unless fluids are changed or parts have been replaced. He spoke to Georgie to discuss this and all she did was explain how to bleed a clutch which my husband knows how to do. He was trying to say he knows how it’s done but it shouldn’t need doing and all she did was talk over him. He then told her to stop talking over him and let him ask questions. He asked if they found any leaks as Georgie had told me they had, she said “I never said that” LIE. He asked if they checked the seals on the cylinders, she said yes, LIE. He said to her if they had checked the seals then that would’ve taken hours and they would’ve needed to take the engine out. She started stumbling over her words and so my husband asked to speak to the technician to ask what exactly had been checked, the technician had gone home for the day so he asked for an email detailing his notes. We received this early in the morning, very short notes but no mention of seals being checked. I sent a lengthy email outlining Georgie’s lies to myself and my husband and later received a call from Jordan. He asked about the situation and I explained what I knew and Georgie’s lies and about air in the system could only have come from Kia themselves through service or from factory or a fault. He told me he would get the seal changed on the slave cylinder for peace of mind but there were definitely no leaks. He would charge this to my local Kia but couldn’t charge just a clutch bleed. Upon picking my car up, Georgie sent me straight to Jordan who walked me to my car. I double checked which cylinder had been changed. I explained the lies were what made me the most annoyed and the lack of understanding that the issue could only have been caused by Kia and I shouldn’t be penalised into paying. He said Georgie wasn’t very technical and I said then she shouldn’t be telling people things that aren’t true or she isn’t sure of, simply say “I don’t know but I can find out”. My car drove fine but if it’s a fault it will come back again in a week or two. Jordan explained I would receive a survey and I can write comments but any score under 9 is a fail. But they did fail, lies are a failure to your customers and credibility. I won’t be guilted into giving them a higher score than deserved as that is not a true reflection on my experience and I wonder how many have given unwarranted high customer satisfaction scores because of this. I was not happy, the service was poor and only through complaint was I not charged for something I shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place. Georgie needs to seriously sort out her lying, if you don’t know just say that and be honest. I gave what I believe to be a fair score based on my experience. Jordan was good but that doesn’t fully rectify Georgie’s conduct.

This was the first time I had been to have my car serviced. It was a good experience, I just felt it could have been better if they had more than one person on reception, I have to wait a while to be served. Other than that the experience was fine.
