Experience with product quality and resolution

My 2024 experience was extremely disappointing. Products delivered were significantly different from what was agreed upon.
When I raised concerns, communication stopped entirely. No resolution, no accountability.
I personally believe I was scammed and feel this was fraudulent behavior - promising one thing, delivering another, then avoiding responsibility.
Advice for others:
Do not make full advance payments
Inspect thoroughly before paying
Use payment protection
Get quality guarantees in writing
Consider alternatives
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
