When i ordered I said I was only at home the afternoon, they planned it in the morning and was notified at midnight via email. Called the next morning the transport company AND brandhout.com that this is not an option and that they shouldn’t leave it in the rain outside while I’m gone. They put it outside on the driveway anyway, then had to manually move 800kg of wood inside. On the phone they said: “you agreed to our delivery conditions that it can be any time of the day”. They could take it back but it would cost me €100. Eline was very rude on the phone, saying that she didn’t feel like helping me because I sounded frustrated on the phone (but always remained polite). Will NEVER order again, worst service that I can recall for a very long time.

This is the second season when we order from Brandhout - happy as usual. Fast delivery, well packed, very nice wood.

A little more expensive than somewhere else but since perfect...

Very professional company - have ordered wood from some cheaper suppliers ending up with 3 days of wood cutting work and wet wood that had to dry another year before use. Whist a bit more expensive you will see why when the wood arrives, perfectly cut and dry and easy to store even in the pallet that arrives !
