Bradgate motors had the part I needed at a decent price. They sent it out quickly too. The best bit though was how they handled an issue with delivery. Straight on it and sorted out incredibly quickly despite it being Christmas. That was really kind and made all the difference.

After my car was diagnosed with a faulty fuse link, I scoured the internet looking for a replacement and this is where I found Bradgate Motors. The very clear images and description made confirming the part to be easy. I needed the part pretty quickly so was pleased to see an option for 24 hour delivery before 2pm (no such option available from any of the other alternative sites I was looking at).
Placed the order which was painless, and sure enough by lunch today the part arrived. Spent 15 mins plugging it into my car and I'm back on the road again.

After an idiot drove too close and smashed my door mirror glass, I needed a replacement quickly. Ford dealer quoted nearly £60 for a new one and I was wary of buying non genuine after a previous mirror part didn't fit well.
Bradgate supplied a genuine used mirror in good condition for just £15 delivered. It arrived in good time for a long journey I need to make tomorrow and fits perfectly

I wanted a secondhand speaker for my car and went for the cheapest option I could find because I wasn't sure it would solve the problem. I ordered from Bradgate on Friday evening - got a call from them on Saturday morning to clarify an aspect of the order - got the part Monday morning. Now fitted and working. Great customer service.

The measure of a Company is how they react when things go wrong. I sourced my part via Parts Gateway, and it was delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately, Bradgate Motors had sent the wrong one. Once I pointed this out I had the correct part within a further 2 days. No fuss, no nonsense, no quibble. You can trust Bradgate Motors as a company with honesty and integrity, and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service received. Having had great difficulty to source a part locally, I sought a radiator fan for granddaughters 2010 KA through Parts Gateway and received a reply and offer within a hour. Concerned that the fan may not be the right model or fit the car, they sent a photograph of the part for my comparison which confirmed the correct part. Received in four days and excellent price also. Highly recommend and will be my 1st port of call from now on. Thanks guys.
