Fast delivery and good communication

Fast delivery and good communication. An extra bit was added to make installing the mount to the scope easier.
Definitely recommend and would use again.

Great price, fast delivery.

Great price for the product I bought, pretty sure it was the best price on the Internet. Processing of order and delivery were quick. I will remember Bradford Stalker and use them again for future purchases. Thanks guys.

Made an order late on Wednesday night…

Made an order late on Wednesday night but realised I’d ordered 3 cleaning rods instead of two by mistake. I emailed them that evening to try and sort it out before they dealt with my order and gave them a call at lunchtime the next day to check/try to rectify my mistake.

The chap that answered the phone sounded a bit worried saying “I’ve just packaged the two up and sent them out”. He sounded relieved when he realised that it was the right order and told me the money for the third one had already been refunded back to my account.

I’m very impressed by the service I received and that they rectified MY mistake straight away.

To make the service that much better, I ordered about 10 o’clock on Wednesday evening and my parcel arrived on Friday.
Can’t fault them at all.
