Navigating the website with ease. The variety of choices and designs. Great values as well. The order was accurate and exactly what was chosen. My mail carrier delivered the checks in person, she was aware of what they were.

Straightforward, Ease of process
It was easy to scroll through the check design options. Ordering process was straight forward, and easy to fill out. The code I was given for $7.99 for one box get 2nd free did not work. I suppose I didn't read the fine print, or exclusions to the offer.

Over a decade and going strong
I've used the Bradford Exchange's checks for over a decade and they write upon well with every pen I've tried, tear nicely and are easy to order. Even being a repeat customer, the pricing still beat other sites. I wish I could have added a personalized journal to my order, but once I placed the check order, the website usherd me to checkout without option to "continue shopping."

Ordering is very easy, especially if you are making a reorder. The pricing can be a bit confusing especially when they throw so many deals to reduce the cost but when you read about the discounts, there is always some sort of catch to receiving the discount. They want you to give them your phone number, want you to sign up for rewards....

Name of check was incorrect and the service help desk solution was to re order all checks and correct name and then pay again for my checks to have the correct name. Horrible customer service!

Shipping and Fees doubled the cost of the checks.
The price was $17.90 for the checks and the shipping, service and handling added an additional $17.85 to the bill. I was not happy with that and this will be the last time I order checks from you.
