Customer service dreadful, after sales. I won’t be ordering from this company again. Bought a Tavistock ceramic sink for Cadence vanity. It arrived with two large chips out of underside. It was not damaged during delivery, but likely a return (box repackaged).
Customer service were not interested in sending a replacement or offering reduction for damage. In fact, they said the damage was likely deliberate so the sink could sit flush against a wall. Such rubbish, especially as they refused to admit it was a damaged return.
Personally, I rate companies on how they treat/value their customers after sales, if there is a problem.
Check out the other poor reviews- all good until there’s an issue.

Ordered shower door seals on Sept 20th. They didn't arrive. Company said they had been lost by the couriers and they didn't have any more stock. Requested a refund which, as I had paid by paypal, was promised promptly,. It has taken until today, 4th November, to get my money back.

Excellent customer service from Bradford Bathroom Company. Problem with order damage dealt with politely & promptly, replacement sent immediately. My experience (twice) with DX Express delivery leaves a lot to be desired, but I cannot fault the supplier at all, very helpful & would thoroughly recommend & wouldn't hesitate to use again. Product fit perfectly (a universal soft close toilet seat) & a very good price.

Customer service is exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable people just at the end of the phone. They have answered every query I have had, you can really tell this company strives off delivering good customer service.
