Do not do business with this Company

Do not do business with this Company. I ordered a knee brace from them that was $149.00.I was so excited to redo it in the mail 4 days later. I tried it on and adjusted it. Immediately I felt pain on the outside of my knee, and noticed just walking from one room to another in my house it would slide down my leg and not stay in place. I returned the brace the very next morning. Just got an email from the company they will not refund me because the brace was “worn and used”. I explained I only had the brace for 8 hours before I returned it to them. It couldn’t possibly be worn. They came up with some kind of story about fraying and dead dry skin being on the brace. I explained it was winter here in New York and the brace being very bulky was placed over my pants and didn’t even come in contact with my skin. As far as fraying if something frays in 8 hrs that’s just poor quality. Then she came up with a story about a stain on it. These people will say whatever they need to, not to refund you for the crap they give you. Very disappointing.

For this reason, items that do not meet our return criteria cannot be restocked or resold.

While we're unable to approve a refund in this case, we remain committed to supporting you with any future purchases or questions you may have.

Spondylitis backbrace

I have had horrible pain in my lower back and hips for years, leaving me unable to participate in physical activity. The spondylitis backtrack has given me the ability to walk shorter distances without pain and do activities I enjoy again. It gave me part of my life back.
