I've had my share of problems with…
I've had my share of problems with bpost in the past. But recently I've had a better experience with them. No more 'I rang the door and no one was there' bs while they never came. If they just do their service like this in cliënt friendly way I have no problems with bpost.
I hope it stays like this for in the future too.

Yes the service was excellent from the app to the delivery all informed was on point,. My door bell was bad but the gentleman knocked on my door and my parcel was given to me, I was really happy and grateful because he saves me alot of stress. Honestly with bpost is always stress free their delivery service is excellent. Others not alot.

Unreliable and unprofessional
The delivery people at bpost are quite honestly some of the most untrustworthy people i have ever seen. The guy delivered my fragile air cooler UPSIDE DOWN and now I am pretty sure it is damaged. And a lot of the time they don't even ring the doorbell and immediately say " you weren't home " even though I was sitting waiting for them.
