Unreliable service
I ordered a fan just before the heatwave, also because I had just had surgery, to ease my recovery. I bought it under the premise of next day delivery. The responsibility was unfortunately passed to Bpost, who took 1 week to deliver. The worst week of my life while I continued seeing my parcel being delayed while Bpost claimed their heroes were working through the heatwave, not for me. Really dissapointed..
