The BP Drains engineers who attended our property were courteous and professional. They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing. They worked until the jobs were completed and came up with a creative and cost effective solution to an issue that arose during the works.

Prompt response to an initial "emergency" on a Saturday afternoon. The follow up work was done efficiently. All the staff that I dealt with were on time and easy to deal with. The price was very fair

If you want a company that goes the extra mile and produces excellent results you need to look no further. A project to improve/update a septic tank and the surrounding area was competitively priced and far exceeded our expectations.

BP Drains have been absolutely fantastic - I can't praise them enough. Barrie and his team were brilliant throughout - reliable, polite and so trustworthy. Barrie reconfigured the waste-pipes coming out of our bathroom - they also lined several sections of the original clay pipes, removed all the limescale and cut through a tree root which was threatening to block the drains. All the work was carried out for a very reasonable price and the original quote was stuck to without question. I asked loads of questions along the way and Barrie loved explaining what he was doing. Fantastic. Thank you!

Prompt efficient service for a blocked drain.

We needed a pipe clearing and inspecting for the buyer of our property. I phoned BP Drains and Carl arranged for someone to call round on the same day! Excellent service!

I contacted BP as my drains were blocked. We agreed a date, they told me the cost upfront. They arrived on time, analysed the issue, set to work and came back with the agreed price and a perfect job.
They are a great local company and I will always use them for plumbing and drainage issue.

As a self employed plumber, every now & again I come across a drainage issue that is beyond my scope of works in that I don't carry the specialist equipment required to deal with it. Barry & the team at BP are my go to on those occasions. Most recently I've had to call them in to a fully charged sewage catch pit which they attended to same day. Pumped out the pit with their combined gulper tank / high pressure water jetting unit and diagnosed a faulty pump. They've organised and installed a new pump along with further gulping until the new pump was installed. Absolutely 5* service, time & time again

Having 'lost' some cleaning rods in a sewer pipe BP Drains responded quickly to my call for help. The friendly operative arrived on the arranged day and with the right equipment to quickly retrieve the rods and plunger and solve the problem. A friendly, very professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

BP Drains responded to an urgent call to unblock drains, when other local drainage companies who claim to be operating 24 hrs was unable to come out until the next day. They got to the property quickly and just got on with the task for a reasonable price. This is a company I highly recommend.
