6 weeks wait - bad communication
We ordered a couch to be delivered and assembled and we were aware that it would take 3 weeks to arrive. The day before delivery we get a message that the couch will only be delivered downstairs at the building entrance without assembly and a full day timespan instead of the 2 hours that were promised.
So we cleared up everything in the way, took down railings, wall art as preparation for the delivery. Only to find out the next day that it would not be delivered that day and that we would get a new link to schedule a delivery the same day which didn’t happen. Upon contacting the customer service again on Monday (not reachable on weekends and only available on workdays until 2pm), they said we’d get a link to schedule a new appointment the same day, upon checking the link it only offered us 3 weeks as the fastest delivery option. 6 weeks with terrible communication is unacceptable.
