The new computer is working well so far. The only problem is that it's prone to overheating and the fans aren't half loud when they react to that, I might need to underclock the graphics card. But set... See more

Couldn't deliver my item - I doubt that they ever had it. I paid by PayPal but was weeks before I got my payment refunded by Box.

My laptop arrived safely and securely. And within time.

Box are so corrupt it's unbelievable they still owe me £6.95 for my delivery fee refund.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are legally entitled to a full refund for a faulty item. If you return the item, the retailer must also refund your original delivery costs, and they cannot legally deduct return postage fees from you.
Yet Box goes against the law.
UPDATE: I have videos of the fault you can hear the touchpad having the fault.
Box just wants to go against customers rights.
DON'T BUY FROM BOX
Also I would like to point out that I was missold this unit as the reason I chose this was for the free 007 first light game but I never received it which says on Boxes website it will be emailed when you have purchased the machine which wasn't the case at all I never received it.
Reply to boxes response:
It says on BOX.co.uk that the game code will be emailed when you purchase an eligible machine and NOT state anywhere that you have to wait 14days as I was told by customer services.
The unit was faulty as i have videos of touchpad having a clicking issue. So don't lie!
The customer service staff are not complying with the UK law.
Terrible so called service.

Faulty £648 motherboard — return approved, then refund refused on a baseless "customer damage" claim. Amazon had to step in.
I bought an ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Dark Hero (£647.99) from BOX UK via Amazon. It was faulty, so I requested a return. BOX approved the return and sent a pre-paid label with strict packaging instructions, which I followed exactly — the board went back in its original box and packaging.
After receiving it, BOX claimed "Customer Induced Damage" — bent CPU socket pins and, bizarrely, "cosmetic damage to a side panel" (a bare motherboard has no side panel). On that basis they refused any refund, offering only to return the board to me or dispose of it.
What they didn't account for: before returning it, I'd had the CPU socket independently inspected and photographed by a professional computer repair business, with dated photos clearly showing the socket intact, plus a signed statement confirming the board was undamaged and was repackaged in its original packaging.
I asked BOX, repeatedly over more than a week, for evidence linking the alleged damage to my specific board — photos showing the serial number and the damage together, the inspection photo metadata, and the inbound condition record. They admitted in writing that linking serial numbers to inspection findings is "not part of our standard procedure." Their damage photos showed no serial; their serial photos showed no damage. At no point did they produce a single piece of evidence tying the damage to the board I returned, or showing when or how it occurred.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the burden was on BOX to prove the item was damaged when returned. They couldn't. After repeated refusals, I escalated to Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee — and Amazon refunded me in full.
My advice to other buyers: if you ever return a high-value item to this seller, document everything in detail before it leaves you, keep dated original photos, and ideally have an independent third party record the condition. I should never have had to go to those lengths to get a refund I was plainly entitled to.

If i could give lower i would. I sent an item back as it was faulty had to wait ages for the refund to them not be refunded the full amount. I know by law that if an item is faulty a company has to refund for the item and delivery but when I speak with the customer service team they just want to argue and be rude. I'm disgusted in the customer service I have received and definitely will not be buying for this company again and i advise anyone reading this to not buy from them. I will be seeking legal advice regarding this.

Quick shipping but I bought an £1300 gpu and it came in a plastic shipping bag with no protection leading to the box being banged up on delivery. The real issue is the gpu I bought qualifies for a free game promo and I have not received it even though I bought the item 3 weeks ago and it was delivered 2 days later. The chat told me 7-14 business days initially then told me to email their customer service who have not replied in a week. This is terrible in my opinion as every other store will send these codes the day of delivery. Will never order from them again

The promotions will be given only after 7-14 working days is not a good idea.
