I would like to appreciate for purchase…
I would like to appreciate for purchase delivery, but there is some misunderstanding took place.
I have ordered 33" inch size waist instead of my acquisition received with totally wrong size 30" inch waist which is way smaller of my original size.
I would be appreciated if the purchase will be returned and revert back to me with ordered dimensions correctly.

Lowest prices, Too much choices. good return procedure. but size selection is not efficient. they should share with a real manken with known weight and height.

Bad and not customer friendly…
Bad and not customer friendly communication. I ordered shoes November last year , which I still have not got yet. Apparently we were not home at day of delivery and shoes have been sent back after 1 week at a depot , to the shoes shop. We did not know that we had to pick them up within one week at a depot (bad communication) plus then we had to pay 10eur for a new delivery which I did in December and I still don’t have the shoes.
