I was gifted a special essential package from here that included an orbit trimmer and globe trimmer. Yo, that is awesome and most importantly it's convenient! I usually used classical razor with changeable blades, and only now I understood that it was inconvenient at all.
I have already tried to trim my facial hair and some hair on the chest using the trimmer and I liked the experience. The skin gets even softer than before, hahaha. Thank you guys, you are doing great job.

Not received the product and poor customer service
I ordered two months back but products was not delivered. Tried to reach out customer care but no concrete response. And still waiting. Super bad experience. Very disappointed…. Never expected this delay and customer experience. And they said its free delivery over $30. Better you take delivery fee and get the damn products delivered.
