I was a little skeptical at first too, because cmon.. HOWEVER, Bovada is the complete opposite of sketch. The virtual games hit, the odds on sports betting is better than DK and they have more picks, the live tables have fun dealers who like to cut it up with you, and best of all, I JUST TURNED $20 INTO $700 ON SLOTS!!! From skeptic to convert…worth another look
I used to be one of the people complaining about Bovada’s customer service, and I wasn’t quiet about it — slow tickets, copy-paste answers, a rewards program that felt like it gave little back. Some of what’s still online about the invite-only BVX tier going quiet after the welcome bonus, I get — I’ve seen those same complaints.
But my experience the last several months has been genuinely different. The main rewards program is more transparent now: tiers are easy to track, lifetime points don’t reset, and cashback scales clearly with status instead of being buried in fine print.
BVX is where it really turned around for me. I expected the same slow-host runaround others mention, but got fast live chat responses, no wait times, and points credited same-day when I asked. Crypto withdrawals have also been noticeably quicker than a year or two ago.
It’s not flawless — qualification for BVX is still opaque, and I wouldn’t promise white-glove treatment from day one. But the gap between my earlier experience and now is real. If you were burned before like I was, it might be worth another look.

The first choice website during the World Cup. 80% of the time, the website works well. The sports odds are fair and have many choices. However, the betting selection list and the tab layout need improvement. For example, the game score betting list is not easy to find. I had to scroll through a lot of player events or team events to get to that section.

I had joined crypto exclusive rewards program and made all qualifying deposits. I never received the free spins and rewards points. I only received a shitty 50% crypto match with a 12x rollover. I had reached out to a live agent named Gregory telling him I didn’t receive the other 2 rewards , he told me not to worry and that my other rewards would be in my account before the end of the day. Well the end of the day happened and no rewards were given. I have provided agent after agent screenshot proof of agent Gregory telling me I was getting them and now all the agents just state I’m no longer eligible. That is immoral and unethical as a company. You can’t just tell someone they won’t 100 bucks and then an hour later tell them just kidding I’m not giving you the prize winnings. That’s not fair and that’s not right and bovada is refusing to do anything about this. Bovada customer service is so poor when it comes to making it right with its players and hopefully a trust pilot review will help them make it right with me.
