Poker is a complete scam these days your playing against bots and people colluding and using rta literally filled a case for a sit n go and it was blatantly obvious it was a collusion team. They still refuse to refund players even tho there’s evidence of bot farms all over the internet and don’t believe the automated response I’ll get on this post either they will still do nothing just do yourself a favor and stay away from bovada and ignition poker it used to be a great place to lay but they only care about rake not having a reputable platform for their players.

Account Disabled and No Update
I've been a customer of Bovada for years now and almost "hall of fame" status since I've deposited and played with a lot of money. My experience has usually been good with no issues other than unusual odds of losing many times in a row at table games but I can accept that. When I finally start winning and proceed to withdraw, they randomly decide to lock and disable my account after all these years of playing legit. I've submitted the documents and pictures for verification as requested and haven't heard back and it's been a week. I've contacted support for updates and to expedite only to get the same answer to just wait. How is this acceptable to just lock players funds for this long? I would like to use Bovada as I think their service is generally good but now I'm starting to see why others negatively speak of it.

Bitcoin deposit gone wrong. Beware!!!
I've used bovada for years and have had no problems until today. I sent $195.88 in bitcoin and only received $187.24 inmy account. I first contacted bovada customer service who of course said I should speak with the sender cash app. So I contacted cash app customer support and they were able to show me they sent the full amount of $195.88. So I once again contacted bovada customer service and the agent explained this was due to the value of bitcoin fluctuating. However the value of bitcoin did not fluctuate 4-5% during my deposit.
So I don't mind paying cash app a fee but to lose another $8.65 on top of that is unacceptable.
Thank God I only sent a little bit of money. Can you imagine had I deposited $1,000? I would have lost another $50 on top of the cash app fee.
To be clear there has been no resolution to this incident and that is extremely disappointing!!!

Bovada will steal your money
I decided to give Bovada a try and placed a bet that Chase Delauter will get under 1.5 total bases on 4/16 orioles vs guardians game. Delauter did not get any hits which means I am supposed to win the bet but Bovada marked it as a LOSS. So I contact customer service and Beltran, told me it was graded correctly but after i explained further, they acknowledged my bet was misgraded and was supposed to be a win.
They have yet to fix my bet and the fact that a sportsbook can make mistakes like this is crazy. As a token of their mistake, they offered to give me $21 bonus but when I asked if there is a rollover, they said 5x. The audacity of this sportsbook is crazy.
DO NOT USE BOVADA. THEY WILL LABEL YOUR WIN BETS AS LOSSES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY

Bovada is one of the biggest scam live dealer sites I’ve ever used. The frequency in which the dealer has a Blackjack or high cards is extremely suspicious. Also they restrict you from saying anything they deem as rude to the dealer better to keep your money in your wallet.
Edit: these guys are liars please don’t allow there fancy words to make you think this site is legit. When I say I’ve had a dealer get 18 to 21 every single hand I’m not exaggerating at all. These guys are professional scammers. No way the dealer just wins every hand or has a high card every hand again please save your money.
